What is DXB Greet & Go?

DXB Greet & Go is a professional airport guest reception platform designed to streamline the pickup process at Dubai International Airport. It replaces traditional signage with QR-code-based guest verification and provides dedicated staff to ensure a seamless and secure experience.

After clearing customs, the guest must proceed directly to the DXB Greet & Go Lounge at Terminal 3. There, they scan a QR code to access vehicle and driver details. A multilingual host then escorts them to the designated pickup zone or parked vehicle.

Licensed Hotels, limousine companies, tour operators, corporate entities, and shipping companies are eligible to register and use the platform.

📌Note: The business name entered in the application must match the trade license name.

Visit www.dxbgreetandgo.ae and create an account. Provide your business name, contact information, address, business type, trade license number, and a copy of your trade license (PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG; max 5MB). 

📩 If your application is rejected, you will receive an email with a link to upload additional required documents for resubmission.

Approval may take up to 24 hours. Delays may occur if additional verification is needed.

Yes. The platform supports batch bookings and allows flexible assignment of drivers and vehicles through your admin dashboard.

Yes. You can assign or reassign drivers via the dashboard. All drivers must use the official DXB Greet & Go Driver App.

📌Note: Manual updates or bypassing the system is discouraged and flagged as non-compliant.

Yes, drivers can update their status using the DXB Greet & Go mobile application to ensure real-time tracking and coordination.

💡 The eWallet will only be charged once the driver confirms the end of the trip at the final destination. If the destination is updated before this point, the charge is adjusted accordingly.

Guests simply scan the QR code upon arrival to immediately view their driver and vehicle details, eliminating the need for printed signage or confusion.

Yes, the mobile app allows drivers to access pickup details, navigate to locations, and update their statuses in real-time.

All guests must be received inside the DXB Greet & Go Lounge. No driver or coordinator is allowed to stand inside the arrivals hall per Dubai Airports policy.

Currently, the service is available only at Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport.

Yes, guests have access to a designated DXB Greet & Go waiting area for a comfortable and orderly reception, but as much as possible guest will be escorted by the Host to their designated vehicle immediately.

If your driver fails to arrive on time, the guest will be escorted and transferred via a VALTRANS limousine. This backup service will be automatically charged to your wallet.

DXB Greet & Go eliminates the risk of impersonation by using QR-code verification and personal escorting, ensuring the guest relates to the correct vehicle and driver.

The dedicated staff at the terminal adapts to real-time arrival changes to ensure timely coordination between the guest and assigned vehicle.

A guest is marked as No-Show if:

  • They did not arrive within 2 hours of flight landing
  • They bypass lounge check-in and go directly to the vehicle
  • No prior cancellation is recorded

Yes. To use DXB Greet & Go services, your business must maintain an e-Wallet balance which is used to cover service fees for each guest pick up, hence it is recommended to have a higher top-up whereas AED1000 is the minimum that needs to be maintained.

DXB Greet & Go Limo charges will be deducted immediately after activating our Limo service (15mins KPI) from your e-wallet and team will send you a confirmation email for the same (refer to the rate chart under the user manual)

 

  • Upon booking - amount is deducted immediately after creating the booking
  • Upon trip completion: actual fare is charged, based on the confirmed final drop-off location and vehicle used
  • Charges include: meet-and-greet fee + vehicle fare (if VALTRANS or luxury car is used)

 

DXB Greet & Go offers tiered service fees depending on the number of guests included in a single booking:

Individual Booking
• Up to 7 guests
• Service Fee: AED 30
• Note: Bookings for more than 7 guests will not be accepted under this category.

Small Group Booking
• 8 to 25 guests
• Service Fee: AED 40
• Note: Bookings exceeding 25 guests must be created under Large Group.

Large Group Booking
• 26 to 50 guests
• Service Fee: AED 50
• Note: For more than 50 guests, businesses must create multiple bookings (Individual, Small Group, or a combination) based on the number of guests.

📌 Groups can use the same QR Code for coordinated pickup and guest management.

Yes, you can update your profile and documentation through the admin dashboard after logging in. 

Yes, DXB Greet & Go adheres to a strict privacy policy. Guest and company data are protected and only used for operational purposes.

DXB Greet & Go has an on-ground team of multilingual Customer Service Agents and Hosts who:

  • Welcome guests inside the lounge
  • Escort them to the correct vehicle
  • Handle any service issues or escalations

You may book guest pickups using:

  • Your in-house fleet
  • A VALTRANS limousine
  • A 3rd-party approved limousine partner

 

The full drop-off address must be entered. Charges are based on the final confirmed destination.

Bookings should be made at least 24-48 hours before the guest’s arrival.

Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

AED 1,000 is the mandatory minimum wallet top-up to activate services. Higher top-ups are recommended to prevent disruption.

  • Business Bookings: No cancellations allowed within 2 hours of scheduled arrival
  • Quick Booking Customers:
  • Standard cars: Cancel up to 3 hours before arrival
  • Ultra-luxury (e.g., Bentley, Rolls Royce): 12-hour cancellation window

Vehicle and driver details can be changed anytime.

Quick Booking is a public-facing module for direct customers:

  • AED 30 base fee + vehicle fare
  • Payment via debit/credit card
  • Vehicle type and destination are selected during checkout
  • Fare updates if the car type or destination changes
  • Refunds processed to original card (if cancellation is valid)

If your business decides to cease operations in the UAE, you may formally request a refund. The remaining amount in your eWallet will be returned to your registered business bank account.

No. The amount in your eWallet does not expire.

No. Wheelchairs are provided by the airline and are not part of the DXB Greet & Go service.
