DXB Greet & Go is a professional airport guest reception platform designed to streamline the pickup process at Dubai International Airport. It replaces traditional signage with QR-code-based guest verification and provides dedicated staff to ensure a seamless and secure experience.

Upon arrival, guests will scan their QR code at the DXB Greet & Go kiosk to access their driver and vehicle information, including the car number and parking location. A staff member then personally escorts them from the kiosk to the correct vehicle, ensuring a smooth and guided transfer.

Hotels, limousine service providers, and tour operators are eligible to register and use the platform.

Visit www.dxbgreetandgo.ae and create an account. Provide your business name, contact information, address, business type, trade license number, and a copy of your trade license (PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG; max 5MB). 

πŸ“© If your application is rejected, you will receive an email with a link to upload additional required documents for resubmission.

Approval may take up to 24 hours. If your submission is rejected, you may be asked to provide additional documentation.

Yes, the system is designed to handle multiple concurrent pickups and allow for efficient driver and guest management.

Once your account is approved, you can use the admin dashboard to assign available drivers and vehicles to scheduled guest pickups.

Yes, drivers can update their status using the DXB Greet & Go mobile application to ensure real-time tracking and coordination.

πŸ’‘ The eWallet will only be charged once the driver confirms the end of the trip at the final destination. If the destination is updated before this point, the charge is adjusted accordingly.

Guests simply scan the QR code upon arrival to immediately view their driver and vehicle details, eliminating the need for printed signage or confusion.

Yes, the mobile app allows drivers to access pickup details, navigate to locations, and update their statuses in real-time.

Yes, guests have access to a designated DXB Greet & Go waiting area for a comfortable and orderly reception.

Currently, the service is available only at Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport.

If your driver does not arrive on time, the guest will be escorted by DXB Greet & Go staff and transported using a VALTRANS limousine. The cost of the fallback service will be deducted from your eWallet.

DXB Greet & Go eliminates the risk of impersonation by using QR-code verification and personal escorting, ensuring the guest relates to the correct vehicle and driver.

The dedicated staff at the terminal adapts to real-time arrival changes to ensure timely coordination between the guest and assigned vehicle.

VAT Applicable on every top up. We Recommend doing a higher Top up, if the balance is less than AED1000 system wont allow to make any bookings

DXB Greet & Go offers tiered service fees depending on the number of guests included in a single booking:

Individual Booking
β€’ Up to 7 guests
β€’ Service Fee: AED 30
β€’ Note: Bookings for more than 7 guests will not be accepted under this category.

Small Group Booking
β€’ 8 to 25 guests
β€’ Service Fee: AED 40
β€’ Note: Bookings exceeding 25 guests must be created under Large Group.

Large Group Booking
β€’ 26 to 50 guests
β€’ Service Fee: AED 50
β€’ Note: For more than 50 guests, businesses must create multiple bookings (Individual, Small Group, or a combination) based on the number of guests.

Yes, you can update your profile and documentation through the admin dashboard after logging in. 

Yes, DXB Greet & Go adheres to a strict privacy policy. Guest and company data are protected and only used for operational purposes.

DXB Greet & Go staff members are stationed at Terminal 3 to receive guests, guide them, and handle any special situations like delays or driver issues.

βœ… The full drop-off address is required. Bookers can edit this address before trip end. Charges are based on the actual final drop-off point.

We recommend making a pre booking however the system does not restrict you to make last minute booking.
