DXB Greet & Go is a professional airport guest reception service at Dubai International (DXB), designed to simplify and modernise the airport pickup process. It replaces traditional signage with QR code-based guest verification and includes dedicated hosts to ensure a seamless, secure, and stress-free experience. The service helps reduce overcrowding and confusion in the Arrivals hall.
The service was developed to enhance the guest experience at Arrivals, reducing crowding, and offering a modern, secure, and efficient pickup solution.
This service is currently available at Terminal 3 – Arrivals, Dubai International (DXB).
Hotels, limousine service providers, and tour operators are eligible to register and use the platform.
Visit www.dxbgreetandgo.ae to create an account. You'll need to provide your business name, contact details, address, business type, trade license number, and upload a copy of your trade license (PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG; max size 5MB).
Approval may take up to 24 hours. If your submission is declined, you may be asked to provide additional documentation.
Yes, you can update your profile and documentation at any time through the admin dashboard after logging in.
Only companies holding an active UAE trade license are eligible to register for the service.
Upon arrival, guests scan their QR code at the DXB Greet & Go kiosk to access their driver and vehicle information, including the car number and parking location. A DXB Greet & Go host will then escort them directly from the kiosk to their assigned vehicle, ensuring a smooth and guided transfer.

Yes. Guests can make their way to the DXB Greet & Go kiosk in the Terminal 3 Arrivals area, where our team will be ready to assist all registered guests.
If your driver is delayed, the guest will be supported by a DXB Greet & Go host and transported using a VALTRANS limousine. The cost will be charged to your business's eWallet.
Our dedicated team monitors real-time flight status updates to ensure smooth and timely coordination between the guest and assigned vehicle.
Our dedicated DXB Greet & Go hosts are stationed at Terminal 3 Arrivals to welcome guests, guide them, and assist with any unforeseen situations such as delays or driver issues, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Upon arrival, guests will first be welcomed by a receptionist and a customer service representative, followed by a host who will personally escort them to their vehicle.
Not at this time. Special assistance requests must continue to be coordinated directly with the airline, as per the current process.

Once your account is approved, you assign available drivers and vehicles to scheduled guest pickups through the admin dashboard.
Yes. Drivers can update their status using the DXB Greet & Go Driver app, which ensures real-time tracking and smooth coordination for guest pickup.
Yes. Once your business is registered, each admin can share the link to the Driver's app and login credentials with drivers. This app enables drivers to access the list of pickups assigned under their name and update their live status.
There is no fixed timeframe. In case the registered business cannot accommodate a last-minute request, Valtrans will provide limousine services as an alternative. Please note that Valtrans service fees apply, and charges may vary.
Yes. You can make changes through the dashboard before the guest's arrival time. For changes after that, you must contact the support team and coordinate directly with them.
Hotel and limousine representatives will not be permitted to conduct meet-and-greet services inside the terminal using paging boards. All greeters using such services must be registered under Greet & Go.
Last-minute bookings are accepted, with the aim of ensuring that passenger wait time does not exceed 15 minutes. The reception team will actively monitor flight schedules and a live dashboard. Our limousine fleet is available 24/7 to support last-minute requests or delays.
Driver details may be updated any time prior to the flight’s arrival at Terminal 3. After this point, no amendments will be accepted. Upon guest arrival, staff will verify driver details and status through the booking system and contact the driver directly if needed.
Yes. To use DXB Greet & Go services, your business must maintain an eWallet balance, which is used to cover service fees for each guest pick up. The minimum top-up amount is AED 1,000, which acts as a prepaid credit for your account. All services – including DXB Greet & Go backup transportation via VALTRANS (if required) – are deducted directly from your eWallet balance.
You can top up your eWallet using a credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay (Apple Pay is available only when accessing the portal via a mobile device).
Yes. A full transaction history and downloadable invoices are available via your dashboard for transparency and accounting purposes.
