Welcome to DXB Greet & Go. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and website (www.dxbgreetandgo.ae), including the DXB Greet & Go dashboard, mobile app, and on-site support services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Definitions
- "We," "Us," "Our" refer to DXB Greet & Go, a division of VALTRANS Group
- "You," "Your" refer to the registered business, including its employees, agents, or drivers.
- "Platform" includes our website, dashboard, mobile app, and any related services.
1. Eligibility
Use of the platform is restricted to registered and approved businesses such as:
- Licensed hotels
- Limousine companies
- Tour operators
- Corporate entities
- Shipping companies
All applications are subject to verification and approval by DXB Greet & Go.
2. Business Registration and Account
- All submitted information must be accurate and verifiable.
- Business name must match the registered trade license.
- In case of rejection, an email with a secure upload link will be provided to resubmit documentation.
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
3. Driver and Vehicle Management
- All drivers must be registered on the platform and use the DXB Greet & Go Driver App.
- Manual coordination, phone calls, or bypassing system updates is non- compliant.
- Standing inside the terminal to meet guests is strictly prohibited as per Dubai Airports Terminal Operations Policy. Drivers or coordinators must not enter the arrival hall.
- Guests must be received exclusively at the DXB Greet & Go Lounge post- customs.
4. Use of Services
- Guests must proceed directly to the DXB Greet & Go Lounge at Terminal 3 after clearing customs.
- Multilingual agents will welcome the guest and hosts will escort them to the pickup zone.
- Bypass of host escort procedures is not permitted.
- For group bookings, one QR code can be used per group.
- Languages supported: Russian, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian.
5. Booking Submission Requirements
- All bookings must include:
- Full guest names, the use of dots abbreviations or blank spaces is not allowed.
- Accurate guest counts
- Number of luggage pieces
- Flight arrival time
- Undeclared or mismatched group data will result in operational disruption and fare adjustment
- For all Small and Large Group Bookings, all guests must arrive on the same flight to avoid long waiting times.
Eg: Group booking must consider number of guests + luggage + flight arrival time, based on vehicle capacity
6. Booking Options
- Businesses may book guest pickups using:
- Their in-house fleet
- VALTRANS limousine service
- An approved third-party limousine provider
- The complete and accurate drop-off address must be entered upon booking.
- Bookings may be updated before trip completion. Charges are based on the final confirmed destination.
7. Guest Booking Tiers and Service Fees
For all group bookings (small & large), all guest must be in the same flights only to avoid long waiting time.
- Individual Booking
- Guest Limit: Up to 7 guests
- Service Fee: AED 30
- Small Group Booking
- Guest Limit: 8 to 25 guests
- Service Fee: AED 40
- Large Group Booking
- Guest Limit: 26 to 50 guests
- Service Fee: AED 50

Booking submission must include full guest names and accurate head counts.

Undeclared guests or large group surges without proper registration create operational challenges and inconveniences to the guests.
Eg. Individual group (no. of guest + no of luggage/pc depending on the make & model of the car capacity + flight arrival time)
Same will be applicable for small and large groups.
8. Delays and Backup Transport
- In case of delay or no-show by the driver, DXB Greet & Go will dispatch a VALTRANS limousine
- The cost will be automatically deducted from your eWallet balance, this ensures uninterrupted guest experience.
9. Payments and eWallet
- Minimum top-up: AED 1,000.
- Higher top-ups are recommended for uninterrupted booking access.
- Booking charges are held upon creation and deducted only after trip completion.
- Final charges reflect the actual drop-off point if changed mid-trip.
- There is no expiry date on eWallet balances.
- If a business decides to discontinue services in the UAE, the remaining wallet amount will be refunded to their bank account.
10. Cancellations
- No cancellations allowed within 2 hours of scheduled flight arrival time.
- For Quick Bookings: Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before arrival
- For Ultra Luxury Cars: 12-hour cancellation policy applies
- Driver and vehicle details can be amended at any time prior to pickup
11. Booking Amendments
- Only the driver and vehicle information can be amended anytime, however you need to notify the DXB Greet & Go Team to avoid guest complaints and inconvenience
12. No-Shows Policy
- Guests who do not show up within 2 hours of flight arrival are marked as No-Show
- Guests received directly by drivers or coordinators without lounge check-in are also considered No-Show
- No refunds will be issued for No-Shows
13. Refund
- If the businesses decided to close down the services in UAE – any amount available in the e-wallet will be refunded back to their bank account
14. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for third-party delays, flight changes, force majeure, or user errors
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform
15. Expiry Date
- No expiration date for the amount that is available on your E-wallet.
16. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion, especially for breach of these Terms, misuse, or non-payment.
- You may also request account termination at any time, subject to settlement of any outstanding dues.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
18. Changes to Terms
- Dubai Airports and VALTRANS reserve the right to revise, update, or modify the Terms and Conditions governing the DXB Greet & Go service at any time, without prior notice or approval
- Any such amendments shall take immediate effect upon publication or communication through the official DXB Greet & Go channels
- It is the responsibility of the partner (Hotel, DMC, Tour Operator, Limousine Company, Shipping Company, or Corporate Entity) to remain updated with the latest version of the T&Cs and ensure their operational teams are compliant at all times
