Welcome to DXB Greet & Go. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and website
(www.dxbgreetandgo.ae), including the DXB Greet & Go dashboard, driver app, and on-site support services. By
accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use
our services.
1. Definitions

"We," "Us," "Our" refer to DXB Greet & Go, a division of VALTRANS Group

"You," "Your" refer to the registered business, including its employees, agents, or drivers.

"Platform" includes our website, dashboard, mobile app, and any related services.
2. Eligibility
Use of the platform is restricted to registered and approved businesses such as:

Hotels

Limousine and transport companies

Licensed tour operators
Only businesses with a valid UAE trade license may apply. Registration is subject to approval.
3. Business Registration and Account

All information provided during registration must be accurate and current.

You agree to keep your login credentials secure and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false information or misuses the
service.
4. Driver and Vehicle Management

Businesses are responsible for assigning qualified drivers and maintaining accurate driver/vehicle
information.

Drivers must comply with all UAE traffic and airport regulations.

Any misconduct or delay on the part of your driver may result in additional charges (see Section 6).
4. Use of Services

The DXB Greet & Go service facilitates guest pickup coordination at Dubai International Airport Terminal 3.

Upon arrival, guests scan a QR code to receive driver and vehicle details.

Our staff will escort the guest to their vehicle.

The guest experience is subject to the driver arriving on time and correctly assigned.
6. Delays and Backup Transport

If a driver is late or fails to appear, DXB Greet & Go reserves the right to transfer the guest via VALTRANS
limousine service.

The cost of this service will be charged to your business’s eWallet.

This ensures that guests are not inconvenienced due to internal driver delays.
7. Payments and eWallet
-
A minimum top-up of AED 1,000 is required to activate services.

Service fees and any penalties are automatically deducted from your eWallet balance.

You are responsible for maintaining a sufficient balance to avoid disruptions.
8. Cancellations and No-Shows

If a driver assignment is canceled with short notice or a no-show occurs, service fees may still apply.

DXB Greet & Go reserves the right to apply cancellation penalties depending on the situation.
9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and system architecture on the platform are the intellectual property of DXB Greet &
Go.

You may not copy, distribute, or use our material without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability

DXB Greet & Go is not liable for delays caused by third parties, flight changes, force majeure events, or
user error.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or availability, though we aim for high reliability.
11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion, especially for breach
of these Terms, misuse, or non-payment.

You may also request account termination at any time, subject to settlement of any outstanding dues.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any
disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or website notice.
Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
